Swiss Clinic Skin Resculpting Treatment

I was extremely lucky to get my hands on the Swiss Clinic Skin Resculpting treatment, priced at £95 this set is used to help reduce fatty tissue and reduce the appearance of cellulite. It can also help minimise scars and stretchmarks.

The set is made up of two items, a Skin roller and a Cryogel body serum. The skin roller is made up of 0.5mm needles, the needles of the skin roller create thousands of tiny micro-channels in the skin prompting the skin to create collagen and stimulate new skin cells. While the serum that includes Corallina improves blood circulation and reduces the appearance of fat cells, resulting in visibly firmer and smoother looking skin. The non-stick formula leaves you with a cool and refreshing sensation.

To achieve the best results it is recommended to use the set combined with a healthy lifestyle, a balanced diet, regular exercise and sleeping pattern, and drinking plenty of water. It is recommended to use the set for one week daily, and then rest for a week before starting again.

My results so far. I have been using this set for 5 days now and I must say I do find the skin on my thighs looks a lot smoother. I have used it on my thighs because they are my problem area and where I struggle with cellulite. I look forward to seeing how my results change over the next few weeks and I will definitely be sharing before and after photos on my Instagram feed in the near future. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who struggles with stubborn cellulite or stretch marks.

What You Should Do in London if You Don't Want to do the Obvious Things

If you’re heading to London sometime soon, you definitely need to learn more about what England’s capital has to offer. This is important because everyone knows about the traditional options that everyone is aware of. But that doesn’t mean that you should stick to those options. There are plenty of less obvious things you can spend your time and energy doing instead, and they tend to be more interesting too. Here are just some of the options worth considering.
Take a Jack the Ripper Tour
Jack the Ripper is one of the most notorious criminals in British history, and there are many people out there producing fun for tourists of the back of his infamy. These Jack the Ripper tours take you through the London locations where the Victorian murders took place. It’s a fun way to spend an evening if you’re interested in this sort of thing.

Step Into the Home of Tea
Tea is pretty popular in London, as it is in the rest of Britain. But nowhere else as a place that can legitimately be called the home of tea. The Twinings Cafe in the Strand has been operating for more than 300 years. There are not many cafes that have been around for that long, and it’s a fantastic place to stop for a cup of team when you need a drink and a sit down.
Kayak on the River Thames
If you’re the kind of person that likes to get active and do something unique while you travel, why not take to the water. The River Thames is one of the things that everyone associates with London, but did you know that you could kayak on the river?

Travel in the Emirates Airline Cable Car
With a city as vast as London, the best way to see it is almost always from the sky. So, why not experience the Emirates Airline cable cars when you’re trying to get around the city? It’s a fun way to get a great view of London and see it from an entirely new perspective. It’s one of those things that many people still aren’t even aware of, but that’s something that should really change. You can learn more about it at
Visit the Grant Museum of Zoology
The Grant Museum of Zoology is one of the museums you’ll find in all of London. Visit its website at if you want to see it for yourself. It’s an interesting and unique way to spend an afternoon, and you will most definitely learn a lot while you’re there.
There’s so much to do in London, and anyone who’s visited the city as a tourist will tell you the same. However, that doesn’t mean that you have to stick to the places that the tourist guides tell you are best. As the examples above prove to you, there are so many out of the ordinary options out there waiting to be discovered.

Why Not Try A Camping Weekend Away?

Camping is something a lot of people have the wrong idea about. A lot of people like to think putting up a tent is stressful, that the wet and dark weather is invasive, and there’s no way to clean yourself up when you need to. And yet, these are all creature comforts we can still obtain when we’re sticking close to nature! Considering 98% of the UK isn’t built on, and roughly 93% of that are non urban areas, there’s plenty of natural wonders for you to find and explore! Of course camping isn’t for everyone, but just in case, here’s some reasons why your camping trip away might just be the relaxing holiday you’ve been looking for.

It’s a Great Start to an Exercise Regime
When you’ve been meaning to get to the gym multiple times over the past couple of months or so, and only managed it once or twice or maybe never at all, you need a change of direction. That’s where camping can help you in your spares  time at the weekends.
When you take a trip away, it’s an escape in all forms. There’s no work you have to do, there’s no constant pinging of your phone when you’re off the grid, and there’s no way to get out of having to use your legs and all of your muscles to get by. You’re going to be walking through fields, and over hills and bridges, and you’re going to need to do everything a machine would do for you at home by yourself.
It’s a Way to Spend Time Together
Being accompanied by friends and family on a camping trip is so different to booking into a hotel together. You need to communicate to make sure everything goes smoothly, and you’re going to have to entertain each other out in the wilderness! It’s a good activity for kids and adults alike, so bring everyone along for some relaxation.
Simply, There’s a Lot to Do in Your Own Countryside!
We spend a lot of time looking outside of our own spheres towards the rest of the world. And that’s often for good reason! Other countries have amazing sights, sounds, and smells for people to experience and learn about, and meeting people from other walks of life can really open you up.
And yet, that also means we tend to neglect our own surroundings; that’s just undeserving! Even just looking at things to do in the country, there’s pages and pages of events for you to experience, and the amount of green that covers the lands we were born on all have their own distinctions to them. You’ll sleep better when you’re living by the natural day and night cycle, you’ll have a lot more energy to you considering the amount of fresh air available, and that means you’ll be on the lookout for all the native flora and fauna the English countryside has to offer.
Camping weekends are special to the people involved, try one out!
