Halloween recipe .. Chilli & Fennel Roasted Pumpkin Seeds.

I had to share this really quick recipe with you, I got sent it, and after trying it myself, the end result tastes awesome.
So this recipe is perfect as a little snack, or in a bowl on a Halloween buffet, and they are so simple to make.

  • Take the seeds out of the pumpkin, and remove any flesh that is attached.
  • Rinse the seeds under running water, until all clean.
  • Place in a bowl, and add a glug of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Add some sea salt.
  • And then some chilli flakes.
  • And mix together.
  • Spread out onto a baking tray and sprinkle over some fennel seeds.
  • Bake at 180 degrees, for 15 minutes.
  • Leave to cool, then store them in an air tight container.

They sound so simple, but they taste awesome.
