Fruit Infused Water ...


is so easy and simple to make. Its a great substitute if you don't like plain water, or just something different to mix it up abit. I make a bottle of fruit infused water every night to have with my dinner the next day, I would much prefer drinking this than a can of fizzy drink or cordial and water.

I've tried a range of different flavours and all of them have been pretty damn tasty. 

Strawberry, strawberry&mint, lemon, cucumber, strawberry&cucumber, lemon&lime, grapefruit, pineapple. orange&lemon and lemon&ginger. There are so many different combinations you can use.

And so simple to make:

Purchase a bottle, a simple glass bottle or a water infusing bottle that has a section in the middle of the bottle that holds your fruit. I use both, and they are both as good as each other.

And then select your fruit, honestly I think any fruit would taste good in this. Chop it up, if you break the skin of the fruit you get a lot more flavour. Either pop it into the glass bottle or in the inside section of your water infuser. 

Pop in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably over night, and then your finished. Enjoy! (:
