So as most of you can tell I'm pretty new to all of this blogging malarkey. As much as I have owned a blog for nearly 10 months, it's only recently that I've started to focus a lot of attention on it. In all honesty I deleted my first blog because I was embarrassed people I knew might see it. Luckily I'm passed that now and I'm looking to expand my blog, so other people can use my hints and tips to help them on their health and fitness journeys.

So this post is basically just to show you the different social media sites I use, and the addresses, so you can all follow the different aspects of my journey.

Other than my blog the main place I post blog related things is my Instagram.. @prettylittlegymaddict

On Instagram I tend to share a lot of gym selfies, healthy recipes, motivational quotes, exercises and product reviews.

I also share posts on Twitter, you can find me at @plgymaddict, feel free to send me a tweet.
