1. WHEN DID YOU START BLOGGING?

i started blogging 10 months ago, however i kept it very private and actually ended up deleting my first blog, and decided to start this one up instead. I found it very difficult to make my blog public, as i was really scared what people would think at first. but luckily i got over that fear and decided i should be proud of what ive achieved.

2. WHAT ENCOURAGED YOU TO START? 

It was my best friend that encouraged me to start my blog, we had a big chat about her Fashion blog. She told me how it helped her express herself and how it was a great way of using her spare time. Over the months ive seen how well she's done and how far she's progressed. Not only did she encourage me by being a blogger herself, but she always made the effort to make me feel great about myself, she would go out of her way to compliment me when we went out and would also share my story with other people. I couldn't be more grateful, that she believed in me from the start.

3. WHAT WAS THE FIRST BLOG YOU EVER ACTIVELY FOLLOWED?

Fitness blog wise the first site i started to actively follow would have been http://www.Emilyskye.com, this woman is a true inspiration, i completely agree with all of her views regarding diet and exercise. I also thoroughly enjoy her home workout videos, and use them myself when i cant be bothered to face the gym. She posts very regularly which makes it alot more enjoyable to follow her.


4. WHAT TYPE OF THINGS DO YOU BLOG ABOUT?

As im still really quite new to blogging, all ive managed to do so far is introduce myself and my views. I have a long list of posts for the future, including my workouts, recipes, supplements, role models, family and friends. i may have a dip into some make up posts but i dont think ill be going to the fashion side of things. 

5. WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST REVELATION SINCE BLOGGING?

My biggest revelation so far is probably how many people that are actually interested in my story, so far i only have a small amount of followers and things like that, but out of that small amount i have been overwhelmed with the messages of support and encouragement, not only that but the amount of people who have asked for my help. I will help anybody who asks me.

6. WHAT DO YOU FIND TOUGHEST ABOUT BLOGGING? 

The toughest thing for me is sharing my photos, my photos are amazing and disgusting at the same time. To make a transformation photo you have to find a photo that pretty much grosses you out, some of my photos actually make me sick to the stomach, i find it so hard to accept that i actually looked that bad. And when i compare them the difference is just phenomenal. Not only that but i know some people will also have views on my newer pictures, ive never claimed to have the perfect body, the flattest tummy, perky boobs or perfect skin. but im in a good place right now! i also feel like someone is always going to have a negative opinion about everything, i need to come to terms with the fact that you cant please everyone.

7. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT BLOGGING?

My Favourite Thing About Blogging that i can express myself, i have always loved food and sport, nowadays my life revolves around them. i used to post on facebook and my personal instagram but i used to hear comments from people saying it was boring, and that it wasnt interesting. I even found out i had been blocked by a couple of people. so i decided to start blogging so people had a choice whether to read what i was saying or not. so i think it feel at ease now that i can say what i want about what i want and just hope people dont have too much to say about it.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR AMBITIONS FOR 2015?

my ambitions are to carry on my journey, hopefully gradually lose another stone over the next 6 months, and continue to share the process with you all. I also want to be more confident in what i post on my blog, im sure it will become more natural to me as time goes on.
